Lazy L Lake Campground Rules
• Check-in Time for Campers and Huts: Monday – Saturday at 1 p.m., Sunday at 2 p.m.
• Check-out Time for Campers and Huts: Monday – Saturday at 12 p.m., Sunday at 1 p.m.
• RV Rental Check-in Time: Monday – Sunday at 4 p.m.
• RV Rental Check-out Time: 11 a.m.
• Property Boundaries: Stay south of the power lines at the back of the property.
• Children & Visitors: The conduct of children and visitors is the responsibility of the party paying camping fees. Everyone must refrain from:
· Walking through someone else’s campsite.
• Riding bicycles recklessly or after dark.
• Using profane language.
• Vandalism of any kind.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult and must be with a parent or on their campsite by dark.
• Speed Limit: 5 mph max. No excessive dust.
• Car Tags: Site and date must be visible for Lazy L Lake staff.
• Parking:
• Campsites allow up to 2 vehicles on the gravel. No parking on the grass.
• Any additional vehicles must park in the visitor parking area.
• Golf Carts:
• Allowed for drivers 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Must observe the 5 mph speed limit.
• Total riders must not exceed the cart’s designed capacity.
• Golf carts must stay on mowed trails or gravel roads.
• Golf carts and guests must stay out of the farm field and remain south of the power lines at the back of the property.
• Pets:
• Must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Owners must clean up pet waste at campsites and while walking.
• Pets must be attended to and must not disturb other campers (including excessive barking).
• Do not tie pets to electrical/water poles or allow them to get wrapped around these poles.
• Campfires: Allowed but must be supervised until they burn down completely.
• Picnic Tables: Not provided at “E” sites. Bring your own if needed.
• Prohibited Items/Activities:
• No fireworks.
• No cutting down trees or taking wood from the campground. Firewood is available for purchase. If you bring your own, it must be debarked.
• No outside refrigerators.
• No window A/C units unless properly installed and pre-approved by management.
• Quiet Hours:
• Sunday – Thursday: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Friday & Saturday: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Alcohol:
• Allowed but must be in an unidentifiable container.
• This is a family campground—please drink responsibly.
• Public intoxication that causes a nuisance or disturbance will lead to police involvement and ejection from the property.
• Visitor Policy:
• All visitors must register at the office before entering the campground.
• Campsite rates include up to 4 people per site (registered at the time of reservation). Additional campers:
• Electrical Sites: $10 per night per person (up to 8 max per site).
• Primitive Sites: $10 per night per person (up to 8 max per site). Small tents must be close together.
• Huts: Include up to 4 people; additional guests are $10 per night per person.
• Visitor Fees:
• Day visitors: $5 per person (ages 6+). Free for children 5 and under.
• Overnight visitors: $10 per person (starting at 10 p.m.).
• Visiting Hours: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. (11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays). Visitors staying past hours must pay the overnight fee.
• Trash & Waste Disposal:
• Guests must dispose of campsite trash properly. Do not place or burn trash in campfires.
• Trash must be bagged, and boxes must be broken down before being placed in the dumpster with the lid closed.
• Black or gray water must be disposed of at the dump station.
• Long-Term Stays: Payments must be made on time; late fees apply if overdue.
• Campsite Cleanliness:
• Guests must keep their areas clean.
• Prohibited items left outside: Open containers, batteries, tires and etc...
• No clotheslines.
• Small brown tarps are temporarily allowed to cover firewood or chairs during rain.
• General Rules:
• All guests and visitors must follow campground rules, including those posted throughout the property.
• No illegal substances allowed anywhere on the property.
• If you experience any issues, contact management.
• The campground is not responsible for theft, damage, or injuries occurring anywhere on the property, including inflatables, playgrounds, or the lake.
• Management reserves the right to update rules, refuse service, or ask anyone to leave at any time.
• Refund Policy (Processing fees are non-refundable):
• 7+ days’ notice: Full refund.
• 3-6 days’ notice: 50% refund.
• 2 days or less: No refund.
• Special Event Weekends: No refunds.

Lake Beach/Swimming Rules and Regulations
· No lifeguard on duty.
· Swim at your own risk from dawn to dusk.
· In case of an emergency, call 911.
· Pets, profanity, smoking, and alcohol are prohibited on the beach and in the swimming area.
· Swimming is only allowed within the roped-off area.
· No glass containers on the beach.
· Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Boating Rules and Regulations
· Idle speed only throughout the entire lake.
· All boats must be off the water by sunset unless you are a registered camper. Lights must be on after dark.
· Boat owners are responsible for insuring their watercraft.
· Do not pull boats into the beach area. Boat parking is available north of the ramp up to the first red hut.
· Children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times.
· There must be a life jacket for every person on the boat.
· Do not park or dock boats at a campsite.
· Huts are private rentals—please keep off.
· Stay south of the power lines.
Aqua Park Rules and Regulations
The Lazy L Lake Campground LLC Aqua Park floating play apparatus is an activity-based area that requires a certain level of fitness, agility, and stamina. The obstacles of the course are all inflatable items anchored into place and floating on the water surface. As such, they may be slippery. Therefore, expecting to slide and fall on the units into the water. As a participant, the following are the requirements for you to be eligible to buy tickets and use the park.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
You must be between 6 years old and 60 years old.
Must be at least 4 feet in height.
We discourage persons with congenital heart disease, hypertension, and other severe illnesses from using the park, including conditions that are exposure to heat and strenuous activities, which by using the park area may aggravate these conditions.
Persons with mobility issues or previous injuries, including back, knee, hip, and joint problems, are restricted unless they have medical clearance from their physician.
Pregnant women should not participate in the park area usage.
DO use the buddy system while inside the park.
DO wear proper swimming attire: Rash Guard, board shorts, bikinis, and other form-fitting clothing. Spandex is acceptable.
DO play barefoot.
DO wear the prescribed buoyancy vest provided to you when you surrender your admission ticket.
DO turn over on your back when you fall into the lake to breathe effortlessly.
DO use both hands when climbing and descending structures in the park.
DO be careful of other participants around you.
DO be a friend to others when needing assistance.
DO take notice this is swimming at your own risk.
DO follow all Lazy L Lake Staff commands and orders.
DON’T bring sharp objects inside the park.
DON’T tumble or flip.
DON’T dive head-first into the water.
DON’T swim under the units.
DON’T bring food and drinks to the park.
DON’T smoke inside the park area.
DON’T wear jewelry, earrings, or eyewear.
DON’T wear sandals or slippers.
DON’T push other people into the lake.
DON’T play rough
DON’T leave the park without the Lazy L Lake Staff notice.
DON’T remove the buoyancy vest until you are on shore.
DON’T enter the aqua park under the influence of alcohol, medication, or illegal substances.
DON’T play around at the top of higher structures. Proceed down cautiously.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We can allow bringing in mobile phones and/or action cameras; however, Lazy L Lake Campground LLC WILL NOT be liable for any damages or losses to the equipment. Drones are not permitted unless with special permission from Lazy L Lake Campground. Again, as above, no liability for losses or damages will fall on or against Lazy L Lake Campground.
Own Your Time
Come stay with Lazy L Lake Campground, a beautiful privately owned 140-acre campground with a 75-acre private lake. We have a boat ramp, and the lake is a no-wake zone, driving around at idle speeds. People enjoy camping, fishing, swimming, and relaxation.
We have kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and hydro bike rentals available.
