Lazy L Lake Campground Rules

  • Check-in Time for Campers and Huts: Monday – Saturday 1 p.m., Sunday 2 p.m. 

  • Check-out Time for Campers and Huts: Monday – Saturday 12 p.m., Sunday 1 p.m.

  • Rv Rental Check in time Monday - Sunday 4pm, Check out 11 am

  • Stay south of the power lines on the back of the property.

  • Conduct of children and visitors is the responsibility of the party paying camping fees. Everyone Refrain from: walking through someone else's campsite, riding a bicycle recklessly and after dark; using profane language; vandalism of any sort.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be with parent or on campsite by dark.

  • Speed Limit is 5 mph max and no dust.

  • Car Tags: Site and date must be visible for Lazy L Lake Staff to see

  • Parking is available on campsite for up-to 2 vehicles on the gravel. No parking on the Grass. Any additional vehicle must park in visitor parking area. 

  • Golf Carts are allowed. Drivers of golf cart must be 16 with driver’s license.   Golf cart will observe the 5-mph speed limit.  Total persons riding should not exceed the capacity of the golf cart is design for. Golf cart must stay on mowed trails or gravel roads. Golf Carts and guest must stay out of farm field and stay south of the power lines on back of the property.

  • Pets are to be kept on leash. Pet’s feces cleanup at campsite or while walking is pet owner’s responsibility. Pets must be always tended to and kept from disturbing other campers (This includes barking). 

  • Pets are not to be tied up to the electrical/water pole or where they can get wrapped around electrical/water pole

  • Campfires are allowed and must be supervised until it burns down. 

  • No picnic tables provided on all the E sites. Bring your own table if you wish to have one.  

  • No fireworks 

  • No cutting down trees or taking woods from the campground property.  You may purchase firewood from the campground. If bring own wood must be debarked

  • No outside refrigerator.

  • No window a/c units unless properly installed and pre-approved by campground management. 

  • Quiet time is from Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.  and Friday through Saturday 11:00 p.m. to    7:00 a.m. 

  • Alcohol is allowed but must be in an unidentifiable container. Remember this is a family campground. 

  • Public intoxication that creates a nuisance, diminished self-control, or a disturbance to others will lead to police involvement and ejection from the property. 

  • Visitors of guest must register at office before entering campground.  

  • Campsite up to 4 people per electrical campsite included in pricing or who is registered at time of reservation. Additional campers is $10 per night per person up to 8 max on 1 site

  • Up to 4 people on primitive campsite include in pricing or who is registered at time of reservation. Additional campers is $10 per night per person up to 8 max on 1 site.  If more than one small tent must be close to each other.

  • Up to 4 people on Huts include in pricing any additional person is $10 per person per night

  • Additional visitor of guest will be charged a gate fee of $5 6 and older and free per child 5 and under or an overnight fee of $10 (overnight fee starts at 10 p.m.).  Campground is open to visitors from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. past 10 p.m. is considered overnight visitor which is an additional fee of $5.  Friday and Saturday are 11 p.m. If your visitor stays past visiting hours, the overnight fee is the responsibility of the party paying camping fees.

  • Disposal of campsite trash is guest’s responsibility. Trash is prohibited from being placed and burned in campfires. All trash must be bagged (boxes broken down) and placed inside the dumpster with the dumpster lids closed.  

  • Disposal of black or gray water must be done at the dump station. 

  • Long term stays payment is due on time if it cannot be paid on your due date a late fee will be applied. 

  • Cleanliness: each guest is required to always keep their area clean and tidy. No open containers, no batteries, no tires No clothesline. Only small brown tarps are temporarily permitted at site to cover firewood or camping chairs while it rains.

  • All guest and visitors must also follow rules posted throughout the campground.

  • No illegal substances are allowed anywhere on the property.

  • If guest has any problems, contact the management.

  • Owners/management reserves the right from time to time to amend or supplement the rules and regulations and to adopt or promulgate additional rules.

  • Lazy L Lake Campground LLC is not responsible for any theft or damage property.

  • Lazy L Lake Campground LLC is not responsible for any injuries on land inflatable, water inflatable, playground, lake or on any part of the property.

  • Lazy L Lake Campground reserve the right refuse services and asked anyone to leave at any time.

  • Refund policy (does not include processing fee): Before 7 Days notice full refund, Before 3 days notice 50% refund, non refundable 2 days notice, No Refunds on Special Event Weekends

Lake Beach/Swimming Rules and Regulations 

  • No Lifeguard on duty.                  

  • Swim at your own risk from dawn to dusk.

  •  In case of an emergency, call 911

  • Pets, Profanity, Smoking, and Alcohol are prohibited on the beach and swimming areas.

  • Swim in the roped-off area.

  • No glass on the beach

  • Children 14 and under need to be accompanied by an adult.

  • Big Water Floats: Must Sighn Waiver, Life Jacket on properly at all times (which is provided), must pay too be on.

Boating Rules and Regulations

  • Entire lake Idle Speeds only

  • All boats off water at sunset unless you are camping here, lights on

  • You are responsible for insuring your watercraft. 

  • Do not pull boats in beach area. Boat parking north of ramp to first red hut

  • Children under 13 must always wear a life jacket.

  • Must be a life jacket for everyone on the boat.

  • Do not park or dock up to a camp area. 

  • Huts are private rentals please Keep Off

  • Boats must be driven counterclockwise on water.

  • Stay south of Power Lines

Aqua Park Rules and Regulations

The Lazy L Lake Campground LLC Aqua Park floating play apparatus is an activity-based area that requires a certain level of fitness, agility, and stamina. The obstacles of the course are all inflatable items anchored into place and floating on the water surface. As such, they may be slippery. Therefore, expecting to slide and fall on the units into the water. As a participant, the following are the requirements for you to be eligible to buy tickets and use the park.

  • NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.

  • You must be between 6 years old and 60 years old.

  • Must be at least 4 feet in height.

  • We discourage persons with congenital heart disease, hypertension, and other severe illnesses from using the park, including conditions that are exposure to heat and strenuous activities, which by using the park area may aggravate these conditions.

  • Persons with mobility issues or previous injuries, including back, knee, hip, and joint problems, are restricted unless they have medical clearance from their physician.

  • Pregnant women should not participate in the park area usage.

  • DO use the buddy system while inside the park.

  • DO wear proper swimming attire: Rash Guard, board shorts, bikinis, and other form-fitting clothing. Spandex is acceptable.

  • DO play barefoot.

  • DO wear the prescribed buoyancy vest provided to you when you surrender your admission ticket.

  • DO turn over on your back when you fall into the lake to breathe effortlessly.

  • DO use both hands when climbing and descending structures in the park.

  • DO be careful of other participants around you.

  • DO be a friend to others when needing assistance.

  • DO take notice this is swimming at your own risk.

  • DO follow all Lazy L Lake Staff commands and orders.

    • DON’T bring sharp objects inside the park.

    • DON’T tumble or flip.

    • DON’T dive head-first into the water.

    • DON’T swim under the units.

    • DON’T bring food and drinks to the park.

    • DON’T smoke inside the park area.

    • DON’T wear jewelry, earrings, or eyewear.

    • DON’T wear sandals or slippers.

    • DON’T push other people into the lake.

    • DON’T play rough

    • DON’T leave the park without the Lazy L Lake Staff notice.

    • DON’T remove the buoyancy vest until you are on shore.

    • DON’T enter the aqua park under the influence of alcohol, medication, or illegal substances.

    • DON’T play around at the top of higher structures. Proceed down cautiously.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We can allow bringing in mobile phones and/or action cameras; however, Lazy L Lake Campground LLC WILL NOT be liable for any damages or losses to the equipment. Drones are not permitted unless with special permission from Lazy L Lake Campground. Again, as above, no liability for losses or damages will fall on or against Lazy L Lake Campground.

Come stay with Lazy L Lake Campground, a beautiful privately owned 140-acre campground with a 75-acre private lake. We have a boat ramp, and the lake is a no-wake zone, driving around at idle speeds. People enjoy camping, fishing, swimming, and relaxation.
